Returns

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

✅ Eligible Return Reasons:

• Didn’t like the product

• Didn’t meet expectations

• Received a wrong or defective product
  (For such issues, please share an unboxing video as proof.)

📝 Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

• Returns will not be accepted after 3 days under any circumstances.

🔁 Refund Timelines:

• Prepaid Orders: Returns are processed in 3–4 business days.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Returns take 10–12 business days to process.

For faster return processing, you can opt to purchase another product of the same value, and we will adjust the return amount against the new order.

Note: Return shipping charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.

• Cancellation requests after 3 hours may not be accepted as the order might already be in processing or dispatched.
